Background Checks Procedure and Link
Bethlehem Township has instituted a Background Check ordinance requiring individuals (coaches and assistant coaches) participating in BT Recreation programs to undergo a background check screening.
Please call Averity if you need help, they will walk you through the entire process, call M-F 8:30-5:30pm est (877) 319-5587 ext. 288

- When the coaches get there, they put in their information (Name, 1 Address, Gender, DOB, SSN, State) and provide a digital signature okaying Averity to run the background check and yes for Bethlehem Township to view them. Coaches will pay $12 for their background check and will get an email confirmation to let them know their background check has been submitted/paid for.
